Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. All submissions must be in English and should be 8 to 10 pages length including text, diagrams, figures, tables and references. An abstract should be no more than 250 words.

2. All submissions need to be carefully written and proofread material.

3. All submissions must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in a journal, conference proceedings or be under review at another conference or publications.

4. All submissions must adhere to the ethics in publishing, in particular the avoidance of plagiarism. Manuscripts are subject to a double blind review process.

5. The contents of the manuscripts shall be the sole responsibility of the authors and publication does not imply the concurrence of the Editorial Board or the publishers.

6. Please follow the prescribed format attached in the website.

7. Any manuscript which does not conform to the above instructions may be returned for necessary revision before publication.
